Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Pizza Crust - YES!!! Three thumbs up : )
Last week made gluten-free vegan pizza for a rehearsal. Had Eric buy a regular crust for himself and others but when they saw mine they wanted to try it - they LOVED it - said it tasted excellent. I topped it with rice cheese, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and fresh tomatoes (all stuff under "cheese" and then tomatoes on top).
*Making the crust did take awhile - more tricky than I thought it would be. Have to keep your hands REALLY wet when pressing out the dough and if I actually owned a real pizza pan (a round one) it may have been easier. But great that it has the vegan option of using flax seed meal instead of eggs!
