That is good news. The article frames the ban as being politically motivated -- no matter. In truth, most change happens at the intersection of many different interests. The bulls don't care why the fights are banned. They're just happy to not be in the ring.
Who knew that just less than a year ago when Timothy was helping raise signatures for this petition that a ban would become a reality?
