SXSW Veg Outreach (Austin)

We will be tabling at the highly anticipated and always well-attended SXSW day parties hosted by BrooklynVegan. In addition to handing out Vegetarian Starter Kits and coupons from local veg-friendly restaurants, we will also be partnering with VegAustin to hand out handy restaurant guides and with Lazy Smurf to host a vegan bake sale to benefit Food for Life Global. This should make for a fun, action-packed week!
We need volunteers to be at the table and hand out materials. It's easy and fun! We will show you exactly what to do -- just bring yourself and a good attitude.
How to Volunteer
To sign up to help, please do two things:
- Click the RSVP link above.
- Post a comment below indicating the day(s) and time(s) for which you can commit.
We recommend two hour blocks, but whatever you can do is great. Note: we need a firm commitment. We are hoping to have three people at the table at all times.
Once you RSVP you will receive a private message with cell phone numbers of the organizers' and other information that will help ensure everything goes smoothly.

I can do Wed 12 - 3 and Fri 1 - 4
I'm actually available all day, on all three days, so I'll be glad to fill any time slots you need. The previous grid wasn't as clear, so I was misreading what you needed and only signed up for the times I saw empty.
Didn't want to say this at the meeting but, unfortunately, I can't participate in this as there are too many triggers for me in this kind of environment, if you catch my drift ;) If anyone needs me to drop off stuff beforehand, I can help in that respect. I hope the whole thing is a huge success for us!!!!
I'll be there 12noon-6PM on Wed, 2-6PM on Fri, and 12Noon-6Pm on Saturday. :)
Not sure if I'm still needed, but Friday is the only day I can work. I'm available any time from 2-6, so just put me where you need me :)
I can do both Wednesday and Friday from 2pm-4pm.
