About Me
Hi. My name is Krys. I am a vegan mum to two cute vegan boys. And married to my wonderful husband Joshua. We have two rescued Pitbull mixes named Zeke and Maggie. They are our canine sweethearts. We are a vegan family living in South Austin. I love to cook, bake and create vegan recipes. We love and respect all living creatures. Believe in preserving the earth. We are raising our two sons to be compassionate, and loving men. To respect one another and stand strong in their beliefs. You can find us cooking up some vegan goodness in our kitchen, working in our organic vegetable garden, at the park, on the trail and just out and about enjoying mother nature. We have a blog that people read for recipes, feeding kids and what not. I posted about our protest of the circus yesterday and I recieved so many kind words and emails regarding our battle to help the circus animals. I was sent a comment on our blog about our 3 year old Arthur. When this guy saw the picture of Arthur and how sad he was seeing an elephant with a chain around his foot, he had to give his opinion. He informed me that I was brainwashing my child by telling him about the circus. I didn't know telling the truth whether it is a happy or sad truth is brainwashing.

Hi Krys - It's so nice to have a vegan family in our group!!! We always tell folks that kids can be vegan AND healthy. Now we have your family as a great example. Hope to see you folks soon at an AFA event.
